FAQs

  • How do I place an order?
    You can either buy online on the "Shop" page, or you can visit me in person - see my Calendar for upcoming events.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    Online: I take Paypal In person: I take cash, credit/debit cards or Paypal
  • What provider do you use for shipping?
    I use USPS, or you can pick up your boots at an event. See my Calendar page for which events I'll be at next. If you need the boots quicker, you can email or call me and we can use Fedex. Debbie@ProDanceBoots.com | 1-508-813-1961
  • What's you return/exchange policy?
    To avoid damage, try on your boots on a carpet or a clean soft surface. Your boots must be in original unused condition to be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Please use the same box in which your boots were shipped to you to make your return. You are responsible for all shipping of returns and fees incurred. Please return your items by UPS, US Mail, or other insured and traceable method to the address featured at the top of the invoice. We will not be held responsible for items lost in transit. Please enclose a copy of the sales invoice and brief description explaining reasons for the return and actions wishing to be taken (i.e. Refund or Exchange). All returns arriving without such will have no action taken on the return. If you are exchanging the boots for a different size or width, return the boots to us for exchange and we will ship you another pair at no additional cost.
  • Can I customize a boot?
    While you can't customize a boot, there are 3 colors to choose from, 2 boot widths and 2 calf widths so you can get the best fit. See them on my Shop page.
